The Denver native with the easy demeanor and killer ear for good music has been deejaying since his early adolescence. DJ Ktone has grown into one of the most successful deejays out of Denver.
DJ Ktone has reached numerous milestones during his long-established career, including creating multiple mixshows, podcasts and businesses.
DJ Ktone uses his talents for good, no matter what city he is in. The founder of the Ktone Cares Foundation, he is an active leader engaging with diverse and multicultural organizations, and advocating as an ambassador for the community.
His love and devotion to the youth drives him to create different experiences through mentorship and community events, in hopes to guide and prepare them for a successful future.

Hanifah Chiku has been a longtime community advocate working towards building networks to empower the African American community.
Hanifah grew up in New Jersey and moved to Denver in the late 1980's to provide her son the opportunity for a better life. To support her family over the years, she has worked as a paralegal, a workers comp claim rep, fuel supplier technician and as a corporate billing specialist.
Her heart has always been rooted in community. She has worked as PR rep for Juneteenth celebration, volunteered with Denver Black Arts Festival and the Black Business Initiative Summit, on the planning committee for Denver Black Pages, Mountain Region Black Economic Summit, along with various other charitable organizations and activities.
She is a 2004 graduate of African American Leadership Institute(AALI), in 2015 from Family Leadership Training Institute (FLTI) and a member of the 2018 Spring Giving Project for Chinook Fund. Hanifah has been recognized by the Denver Urban Spectrum as an African American Who Makes a Difference and for her volunteer work by Denver Black Pages with an Unsung Hero Award (2017), Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado Unsung Hero and Inspirational Service Award (2020) and the 2021 President’s Award in support of Colorado Black Women for Political Action (CBWPA).
She has one biological son, Kamau (aka DJ Ktone) and is 'mom' to multiple sons/daughters-from-other-mothers with her greatest inspiration and legacy being her four grandchildren: Kiahn, Kyron, Kamau II and Kourtney.

As the program manager for KCF I’m responsible for successfully coordinating and executing all events/programs. I have over 10 years of experience in project management that started while pursuing my degree from Northern Arizona University.
I am passionate about giving choices and resources especially for youth, to meet their life goals. I seek to improve the quality of life for my home town (Denver) one program at a time.

We all come from different aspects of life with different traumas. Our traumas no longer have to define who we are. We are allowed to reshape the way we think, and create our own happiness by creating a life with positive boundaries and standards. I am a firm believer that therapy can help break generational curses, dismantle the burden of past traumas and secrets that bound us.
My educational background includes a Master in social work from University of Denver. Currently serving individuals from poverty stricken backgrounds as a childhood therapist. I am a firm believer that changing the mind can change your life. I believe our mental health is just as important as the air we breathe.
